Montebello Park in St. Catharines will become rib-central this weekend for the11th annual 2011 Rotary Ribfest. The annual festival of food, fun and entertainment features seven prize-winning Ribbers from across North America cooking up the best ribs you will ever taste. Corn on the cob, French fries, ice cream and all your favourite beverages — pop, beer and fantastic Niagara wines — will also be available.

This free-admission event takes place July 29, 30, 31 and August 1 in the heart of St. Catharines, a short drive from the vibrant Fallsview district in Niagara Falls.
