The bicentennial celebrations of the War of 1812 mark a seminal event in Canadian history. Play your own unique role in this historic event by participating in the Great Niagara Portage Adventure.
Slated for June 9th, participants will relive the experience of our early settlers and soldiers of 1812 as they portage along the “Queenston to Chippawa” route around the mighty Niagara Falls — including a portion of the original portage route Portage Road. Proceeds will support the Lundy’s Lane Battlefield Legacy Project, with teams being asked to donate non-perishable food items to Project SHARE.
Ensure you are prepared for the walk with a relaxing stay at the Marriott Gateway on the Falls.
